Facility Use Form

- Do you have an event you would like to Host at St. Paul's Newman Center such as a wedding, retreat, meeting, or conference? Please fill out the form below, and we will let you know if the spaces requested are available. Upon confirming the availability of the spaces on the date(s) requested, a staff member will contact you with a full room rental policy and a facility use agreement containing the calculated costs to rent the space(s) requested.

  St. Paul’s Newman Center is a smoke-free facility. (There are designated outdoor zones.)
  
  All renters ordinarily will conduct their functions to permit the closing of the facility by 10:00 pm Monday to Friday and by Midnight Saturday and Sunday. (In certain circumstances, these times may be extended).
  
  Technical Usage: If the renter requires the use of the sound and/or lighting system, the designated Newman staff member will direct you to a person who is qualified to run it. It is the Renters responsibility to make arrangements with that person(s).
  
  Any damage to equipment or facilities, other than from normal use, shall be the responsibility of those renting the facility. All fees for rental of facilities and equipment are payable to St. Paul’s Newman Center and delivered to the designated Newman staff member upon booking.
  
  Indemnification: The person/organization requesting use of the facility here by absolves St. Paul’s Newman Center of any liability for personal injury to any individual resulting from the use of the facility and agrees to be responsible for any property damage that results during the use of the facilities.
  
  Please report any damage to the designated staff member.
  
  All bookings and arrangements must be made through the designated Newman staff member at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Weddings are encouraged to be booked as soon as possible.
  
  The cancellation policy will be discussed and reviewed during the contract signing.
  
  The full policy will be reviewed and discussed during the signing of the rental contract once approved.
